A LITTLE LIFE UPDATE

So last month I read Eat to Live by Joel Furhman. My doctor recommended it to me when I expressed difficulties losing weight after my tot was born. And even though I still think I have an issue with my hormones… I’m happy to report that the new way of eating has shown results.

I’ve switched to eating a lot of fruits and veggies instead of protein shakes and meal replacement bars. And in the last two weeks I’ve lost (and kept off) eight pounds. More than I’ve lost in the last two years.

I’m also joining a new gym with my sister and will be working out more often (yay buddy system!) so we’ll see if I can finally reach my health goals.
